Jeff began his education as an FAA certified Airframe Mechanic prior to obtaining his B.S. degree in Computer Science with a minor in mathematics from Youngstown State University. Among his various skills, Jeff has extensive experience as a developer and database manager in Unix/Linux platforms. Jeff is a member of the Association for Computing Machinery and is part of ACM's Special Interest Group for Simulation and Modeling as well as the Special Interest Group for Management of Data

Prior to becoming CTO of Bird Dog, Jeff served in

various technical/management postions including as a Software Engineer with Innovative Ideas in Youngstown Ohio; and designer of a maintenance program to manage scheduled maintenance for CE-Minerals Processing in West Virginia. Most recently in April 2003, Jeff created Onto Technologies, LLC to form an umbrella to work under for consulting and the development of a complete web application.
