Mr. Gaughan is the founder of ManagementHelp. Among other things, he is a licensed attorney with significant experience supporting technology-based businesses. His legal services include contract negotiation, drafting and review. When not being retained as an attorney, he works as a business consultant and independent investor in broad array of business situations. He has done work in everything from business set-up and negotiating with investors, to facilitating the sale of assets and restructuring corporate debt. In addition, Mr. Gaughan is an Adjunct Project Consultant with the Youngstown Business Incubator and a lecturer on entrepreneurship and small business management.
