Not all the clients listed below are
identified by name. This is in deference to their privacy and
confidentiality.
Client “A" – Played central role in turning-around a rural
ISP. Analyzed overall Profit/Loss of company; used Activity-Based
Costing on its computer network; isolated cause of losses;
negotiated sale of losing portions of the operations; and convinced
corporate lender of company’s viability.
Client “B” – Originally retained by a minority shareholder to
examine the prospects for turning around a real estate brokerage
company, ended up engineering the elimination of the controlling
shareholder through a temporary restraining order, court-ordered
seizure of share certificates and foreclosure. Then proceeded to
turnaround the operations.
Client “C” – Helped transform a systems integrator into a
web-enabled solutions provider for government services. Primary
author of its business plan, analyzed market opportunities and
threats; developed corporate strategy to expand operations through
use of web-enabled technologies and data warehousing; aided in
obtaining financing.
